Those that think we dwell on our grief, should stop talking about our child or attending support group because it, makes us sad talking....we ARE sad....talking about our child, support group,or pictures, do not remind us our child is gone. We are aware of this every moment, these things help us in our grief. Let us talk, share our memories, our tears, our laughter. We do not wish to pretend our children never existed. It takes courage to continue on, and this is how we help our broken heart.
